Lemon Squeezy fees
Turn Lemon Squeezy order exports into a payout bridge.
Lemon Squeezy can simplify merchant-of-record operations, but founders still need to understand how gross orders, refunds, fees, and earnings connect. MarginLens gives that review a local CSV workflow.
Audit a Lemon Squeezy CSVFields MarginLens looks for
- Order ID or order number for row tracking.
- Order date, status, product, and variant names.
- Currency, total, refunded amount, and earnings or net amount.
- Fee fields when available; otherwise v1 can infer fee from total, refund, and earnings.
Why local-first matters
Order exports can contain sensitive customer and revenue information. MarginLens keeps the first workflow in the browser, provides sample data for demos, and exports redacted summaries instead of raw customer rows.
Real Lemon Squeezy exports should still be blind-tested before public paid use. The first release intentionally fails loudly when required fields are missing.
