Stripe payout reconciliation
Reconcile Stripe payouts without turning your books into a black box.
Stripe gross sales, refunded payments, platform fees, disputes, and adjustments can live in different views. MarginLens starts with the CSV export and turns those rows into a simple payout bridge.
Run the local CSV auditWhat to compare
- Gross charge amount before refunds and platform fees.
- Refund rows, including partial refunds and refunds that occur in a later month.
- Stripe fees and any fee reversals that appear in the export.
- Disputes, corrections, and other rows that should be treated as adjustments.
- Final platform net payout, kept separate by currency.
Why founders get surprised
A dashboard total often answers a different question than a settlement export. A founder may remember revenue as sales, while the bank receives a payout after refunds, fees, disputes, and timing differences. MarginLens is designed to make that gap visible instead of pretending it is operating profit.
MarginLens processes CSV files in the browser and does not upload raw financial exports by default. Results are informational and are not tax, legal, or accounting advice.
